Shipping information for Truck HQ orders across Canada.

Thank you for shopping with Truck HQ. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the terms of our shipping process below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If this occurs, please allow extra time in transit.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email or phone with an update.

Shipping Rates and Coverage

Most items within Canada qualify for free shipping, with the exception of certain remote areas such as the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Labrador, or other locations where couriers apply remote surcharges.

If your address falls within one of these areas, we will provide a shipping quote for your approval before processing your order.

Truck HQ may cover a portion of the shipping cost, with any remaining balance communicated to you prior to shipment.

Delivery Times

Delivery for most products typically takes 1–7 business days, depending on your location from our facilities.

Oversized items, such as bed caps or rooftop tents, may take longer to deliver depending on your location and carrier scheduling.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, courier schedules, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours.

Some shipments may not be scanned immediately by the carrier, and in certain cases tracking may only update once the shipment reaches a sorting facility.

This is normal for some courier networks and does not always mean the shipment has been delayed or lost.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines and handling are the responsibility of the carrier.

Truck HQ will assist in tracking, tracing, and resolving issues where possible, but is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is missed, any additional shipping or re-delivery fees may apply.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Truck HQ is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply after shipment.

These charges, including tariffs or import taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

We take great care to package every order, but if your shipment arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods, as both Truck HQ and the carrier may require them for verification.

Lost shipment investigations may take several business days before a resolution can be provided.
