Clear return guidelines for Truck HQ orders across Canada.

Thank you for choosing Truck HQ. We appreciate your business and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because many of our products are large, heavy, and expensive to ship, please review the return policy below before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

During the holiday season, we offer an extended 60-day return window for orders placed between November 14 and December 31.

Return Eligibility

  • You must contact Truck HQ first for return approval and instructions
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The product must not show signs of being opened, installed, assembled, modified, or used
  • The return must meet manufacturer return policy requirements
  • All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is approved

Final Sale Items

Items marked as clearance, final sale, non-returnable, or special order are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.

Special Orders

Products that are not regularly stocked and are ordered specifically for a customer are considered special-order items.

Once a special order has been submitted to the manufacturer or supplier, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded. This applies even if the item has not yet shipped or been delivered.

Customers are responsible for confirming all vehicle details, product specifications, colour choices, measurements, and fitment requirements before approving a special order.

This restriction does not apply if Truck HQ supplies the wrong item or if the product arrives damaged or defective, subject to the applicable warranty or damage-claim process and any rights provided by law.

Return Shipping & Shipping Deductions

We offer free shipping within Canada on initial orders. However, because our products are bulky and costly to ship, the following will apply to approved returns:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • The original outbound shipping cost paid by Truck HQ will also be deducted from your refund
  • A 3% restocking fee may apply depending on the return circumstances

These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from all approved returns.
